[Namron] Guests at Populace

Populace meeting will be at the park tomorrow.  If it rains, we plan to use
the large pavillion.  The OU student group is participating in a "Student
Involvement Fair" on campus before populace and may bring interested
students with them to Populace meeting.   Please come to the meeting
prepared to welcome any students and introduce them to the Dream.
