Cooking at a neighborhood free food preperation station was  satisfying.

The veteran administration ~ VA hospital allows people to volunteer.

I'm thinking of ask dot com-ing or googling "how can I volunteer".

P.s. I just wrote an email to another list and you-know-how-pooky-is =
eager-to-share so I'll just drop it in right here and get that need
out to ya' :

My strong faith as to what should be comforts me and my devotion to
that which has always been intended guides my path.

I wish to share this Way with you now. If you would hold tight to
Hope, value Truth and yes express and share The~Love as The~Way to
motivate others and yourself there will be no room left in your Heart,
Life or Relationships for fear.

Be at peace my friend Dearest Gitana and family. Do what needs to be
done. Guide your decisions and actions with the urge to progress and
develop what you know in your loving heart, should be.

This day when I first see the sun I shall toast with this planets life
giving force, water, to send my minds power forward and as with the
difference one flap of a butterflies wing can do, I shall pray with my
power for healing in the life of my friend Gitana and in the hearts of
all my friends. This way; with this simple Way I hope fear will
evaporate from our lives leaving room in our spirit for self
acceptance and love for us to share. This can be the insight of our
Dream.
