I would be happy to help with the note-taking at any meeting I attend.  I’ve
only missed a couple of meetings in the last two years.  I’ve been told I
have very legible handwriting also.  Let me know, if you still want and/or
need the help.

As many of you know, I have a significant hearing loss.  One place this
plays a very large role is at populace meetings.  With the background
talking, it is very difficult for me to catch what is said in the meetings.
I have requested a seat near their Excellencies, and when I am able to get
one, it helps me to hear what they say, but it doesn't help me to hear what
others say.  

I have asked for notes, but there are no official notes taken of populace
meetings.  So, this is where I can use some help.  I need someone to take
UNOFFICIAL notes just for my benefit of what is said in populace meeting --
things that are asked for, dates, places, etc. 

If you are at all interested in assisting me, please contact me offlist so
that I can make arrangements to get a notebook and pen to you.  All this
takes is someone who can hear and is willing to take notes for me.
