[Namron] meeting times

Since I was not able to attend the meeting last night due to a very painful
hip, I was curious to know if there were any further discussions about our
Tuesday meeting at Denny's.

For those who were not at pop last night-

 

due to scheduling conflicts with another club at Denny's the Barony of
Namron is looking at some different options for the Tuesday meeting so that
we can still use the big room.

 

Here are the options that were discussed last night:

 

1. move the meeting to 8:00 pm

2. make the Tuesday meeting an A & S meeting instead of a business meeting

3. eliminate the Tuesday meeting

4. move the second meeting to a different day

5. change the location for the Tuesday meeting

 

We will not be changing the Wednesday meeting. It will stay at 7:30 pm on
the first Wednesday of the month.

 

 

Are there any other ideas/suggestions?

 

I am only posting the list that was discussed at pop last night. Please be
aware that no decision has been made at this time and that these are only
suggestions that have been made.
