Im just wondering if and when archery practice for Sun Aug. 3  is going to be held? Im def. planning on making it heat or no heat, just so i can get some shooting in, find my bloody arrows I lost last time I was there, and discuss the upcoming road trip and travel arangements for it. So let me know what time we are planning on doing practice. And btw no I'm not a lord i just play one at home ,lol..

I have been studying and reading Namrons history as brilliantly told
(written) by Finnican.  I can not find further information about Olaf of
Kharkov.  Particularly, I am curious about his "colors".  There was a
discussion about the torsad earlier this month but I dont think in the list
of Barons and Baroness', that his name was mentioned with his colors.  Could
someone inform me?

Thanks in advance.

S?mundr

The Ram from the Barony's achievement is for Olaf, who carries a blue, red armed and orbed, rams head on his arms, :-)
The Redman was for Bjorn (though his arms were black and white, he wore alot of red and yellow, :-), the mount of white Cinquefoils (sp) are For Gwyneth, :-)

Last week Lady Una made me aware of something that is really cool, happening
at The Mabee-Gerrer Museum of Art.  They currently are showcasing the
Medieval Art from the MGMoA Collection until August 17.  The Mabee-Gerrer
Museum of Art is located on the campus of St Gregory's University.  They are
open from Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 1:00 - 4:00
p.m.  The cost is $5 for adults and $3 for children.

More information can be found at www.mgmoa.org

My calendar is pretty full but I thought I would pass it on.  I am planning
on going during the middle of the week, or possibly a Saturday if I can find
one free.

Bless

Since several have replied.

With this Sat being the Northern Regional Fighter practice / Mid Summers
Feast and Gaelan and Brenna Garrett's  3rd - 2nd Annual Gee I Didn't Want To
Go To Pensic's Anyway Party.  How about we plan for August 17th at 1:30?
That should give us plenty of time to check out the museum and still those
of us that shoot the pointy sticks into boxes can make archery practice.

Its a DATE!!

It is a very nice museum.  I went a few weeks ago.  Some illumination, statues, and reproduction medieval instruments.  In addition, they have a lovely "regular" collection that ranges many time periods and many countries.  Worth the trip!
