[Namron] Hot weather

As I sit here sipping my cranberry juice, I just want to reming everyone about drinking enought outside in the heat. I went to Coronation, lots of sunscreen, shade, but apparently not enough liquids. So I will take my anti-biotics and remember next time and share this knowledge with my friends - Gwyneth
