Greetings Your Excellencies from Captain Claire Shayhan of the Bryn
Gwlad Baronial Guard.

With your permission, I would like to extend an invitation to your Guard
unit from mine.

The Baronial Guard of Bryn Gwlad will host a Gallery at the Lysts of
Castleton for all Guards of Ansteorra. We challenge all guards to join
with us to share in the camaraderie as we observe the spectacle that is
Lysts at Castleton.

Please send your guards in their uniforms and with their ceremonial
weapons and pole arms to join us upon this day.

Of course we would not lure them away from any duties you may require of
your guards that day, but we would like to share any other time that
they may have.

We would invite them to also drill with us so that we will all come to
share a common knowledge base of maneuvers to promote smooth
coordination at event where we will all meet. Later in the day we would
like them join us on the field as we perform for you, a sampling of what
we have all learned together.

And further, we would invite them and their families to dine at our
table that evening, if their duties will permit.

with me as soon as may be convenient.
