[Namron] Archery Royal Round Challenge

After reading the populace minutes I saw where Baron Ulf and our Baron
Donnchadh have thrown down a challenge!!! I say lets make this really
interesting and the first one to make it to a rank of Forrester ( a average
of 65 or higher) shall receive a hand tooled side or back quiver!!!
