[Namron] Archery starting early for the fabric sale.

Since several of you will be there already for Annora's fabulous fabric
sale, on September 28th we will be starting Archery Practice at 1pm. 

That gives us die-hards an hour to shop before shooting, and I'll keep
the range open until *at least* 4pm so it overlaps our normal practice
time for those who do not get this email.
