[Namron] Beltane Autocrats

I had been speaking with Lady Liliana about boffer and she mentioned how fun
it would be for the kids to have some Beltane Boffer games.  She is
authorized but wanted to speak with one of you guys about being allowed to
do that at Beltane.  Since I am from Namron, I told her i would find out who
to speak to.

I was going to just try to find one of you at pop but not sure if I will be
able to make it or not.
