Actually that was a huge help :) I had no idea about the actual starting time of the fair or the closing time ... so thank you.  I'll be there by at least 9 then if not earlier on saturday and sunday.

The fighting (as well as everything else) at Medfair tends to be on a very flexible schedule.
 
The fair itself officially starts at 10 am.  Normally people will start getting there between 8 and 9 to set up the A&S displays and anything else that needs it.  The fighting will start whenever there are 2 or more fighters there and in armor.  People will continue to arrive throughout the day, and as fighters wish to fight they can armor up and take a turn on the field.  The fair officially ends at 7 pm, but the fighting will stop when the fighters have decided they're too tired or busy to keep fighting.
 
At least, That's the way it normally goes.  i don't know if they're going to try a schedule or not this year.
 
I know, not much help in figuring out when to get there to set up.

I'll be there on Saturday probably an hour or two before the fighting starts to make sure that everything is set up and ready.  I haven't seen a schedule yet so I can't give you an exact time, but I'll definately be there and can definately use the help :)
