I just wanted to remind you guys about the Renaissance Celebration Fair this
weekend.  Some of you may have heard our ads on The Buzz 94.7 FM.  They will
be doing a live remote from 11-2 on Saturday.  We have also rented an
inflatable jousting arena.  This should be great fun for kids and adults
alike.  The details for the event are listed below.  I hope to see you
there!

Renaissance Celebration Fair

10 am - 7 pm Saturday, 11 am - 6 pm Sunday

Come all ye good citizens to a moment in time where all is grand and
merriment abounds! Be magically transported back in time to the romantic and
bawdy days of the Renaissance. Live entertainment, song, dance, children's
activities, games and food await you. Visit our village and be taken back to
days of knights in shining armor and life of a simpler time where costumed
actors greet you with their wares. Enjoy sumptuous food and drink as one of
our many stage performances entertains you. Games and exhibits beckon you
and musicians liven your steps. As the exotic Traders Market pays a visit to
our little shire, we will welcome more international and intriguing
characters. When this exotic Market comes to call on our small village, who
knows what mysteries they hold in store to share with us? Bring your tankard
and plan on staying all day. Prepare thyself to revel with master revelers
at the Renaissance Celebration Fair, where pleasures reign and
merrymaking is the rule. A day the whole family will remember!

A number of attractions are planned including Irish Dancers, Belly Dancers,
Musicians, the Upsidown Artist, Traveling Performers, Children’s Activities
and several workshops including: drumming, belly dance, Irish dance and
peasant dances.
