I think we need to be sure that we take disabilities into consideration especially if we are going to work on the place. I'd like to see us develop a plan of whet needs to be done and basically approach this as if we were contractors so we know EXACTLY what work needs to be done. This gives us a goal to aim for and also a way to know when we are done. I certainly will do what I can -- the easier labors such as painting etc. And unless we're planning to work on a weekend with really cold temperatures then camping and having a bonfire sounds like a way to make this really fun
