[Namron] Rapier and Drop Tests and Scribal...oh my, Now including Silk Painting

And because there just wasn't enough going on tonight (and because 
there's only a very short time left before Gulf Wars), I talked to Lady 
Cat, and we're also going to have room to do silk painting tonight.  I'm 
hoping to get the large Namron flag done tonight, so if you'd like to 
help or learn how to silk paint, come on by.
