[Namron] Populace Meeting

I admit that I noticed that there was a lot more talking and noise
tonight than I had seen in the last couple of months. Part of that I
believe was due to all of the background noise.

Also when you have so many of the populace sitting with their back to
the Baroness it makes it harder to pay attention and I found with the
noise level that it was hard to hear someone on the other side of the
room that was trying to make a comment.

To fix the problem, is another problem:-) The library worked really good
but is not always available and we don't know very far in advance if it
will not be available. Just an open area like we had tonight is not
ideal either. So, I guess, just as it was suggested in the meeting it
would be great if we can find a better place so everyone is encouraged
to see if they can locate a place that is better.

In the meantime we will have to do the best we can and try to work at
keeping the noise down.
