Don't forget that the offices of Herald, Treasurer, Archery Marshal, and 
Hospitaler, as well as bids for Protectorate Feast Steward, all close 
tonight at Populace Meeting.  If you are interested in any of these 
positions, please bring your applications to the meeting.  Also, don't 
forget that you MUST send your application to the Northern Regional 
officer as well.  They are the ones who make the decision, so they have 
to have your application for you to be considered.  See you all tonight.
