A correction on this.  Portable Fiber Arts meets the Wednesday following Populace meeting at Hastings, not every Wednesday.

Populace Meeting Minutes
07 Jul 09 - Norman Unitarian Universalist Fellowship

Meeting started at 7:47pm

Baron - thanks to everyone who came out and helped with the Baronial Work Day; the shed inventory is done; we need to do a sewing day in the future to mend some of the stuff in the shed; 30th Anniversary is this weekend, Baron is going to the shed after populace to load things up for the event.

Seneschal - Hospitaler, Herald, Treasurer and Archery Marshals office applications were due tonight, we have at least one application per office, the Web Minister's office will remain open for applications.

Treasurer - we made about $1,250 profit on Beltane, and after checks were written this month we have about $8,000 in the account.

Chronicler - new officers, please get me your information so that I can update it in the Plume.  Help me by checking the calendar in the Plume and making sure it's right.

Herald - this is my last night as Herald.

A&S Minister - "we make pretty things", cooking demo by Bear at sewing night.

Hospitaler - this is my last night as Hospitaler.

Rapier Marshal - practice Tuesday nights, 7pm at his house, Scribes is at the same time and place.

Knight Marshal - not present

Archery Marshal - practice on Sundays, not this coming Sunday (7/12) due to 30th Anniversary.

Thrown Weapons Marshal - there will be both Archery and Thrown Weapons competition at 30th Anniversary; TW practice will not be held on Sunday 7/12.

Maleah - Middle Eastern Dance practice on Wednesday nights.

Ivo (Annais speaking) - responsible for List Heraldry at 30th, need help.

Annais - Fiber Arts night each Wednesday night at Hastings Books in Norman.

Adena - responsible for Water Bearing and Bathrooms at 30th.  Bought supplies, still accepting donations and help for event.
