[Namron] Protectorate Champions of 2008?

Is that current?  The reason I ask is that we are at 33 I believe and the
list goes to 31.. so my impression was that it was behind since there were
no dates beside them.
I have such a foggy memory of last years Protectorate.. its like I can
almost see it but a liquidy substance keep getting in the way.. :~
