Pretty much any evening is okay with me... but Thursday would be ideal.  :)  I would absolutely love to learn more about period embroidery and needlework.

It has come to my attention that several folks in Namron would like embroidery classes.  I would also like to offer these classes to Wiesenfeuer.  Especially if Lady Angelique would teach the blackwork stuff....'cause I stink at blackwork and well, she is going to Gulf Wars for her cross stitch work!  Or perhaps Baroness Annabelle, who does the most WOW stuff in blackwork...tiny, precise and beautiful.

Anyway, I digress.  I am trying to figure out when it would work for everyone's schedule to have classes.  Probably monthly.  I could give everyone stitches....basic stuff....to work on and practice, then we could get back together and learn more.  We will start very basic and work up to the more complex stitches and styles, so folks who are not beginners....do not despair.  We can share tips and techniques.  There are some styles I am familiar with and some I am not.  Frankly, late period is not my cup o' tea, so I will need others to help me with that.

I would rather not teach at the portable fiber arts night (Hastings in Namron/Norman on the Wednesdays when there is not a Populace meeting), because the light is not so great, but if that works best for folks....I could bring my OTT light and plug it in.  They do after all serve delectable coffee beverages there.....

Please send me your thoughts!
