I'm trying to find out about the catering. With the holiday next week it's proving a bit difficult to get info right now.

If we can't cater ourselves, there is a very nice cafeteria in the Student Union at OCCC, as well as vending machines, and so on.

If we do want to host Round Table, we do have one site in mind (OCCC), but the cost would be $400. Is the Barony willing to pay the $400 for this site or does someone have another suggestion that would be cheaper or free?

Do we still have a student group, the last time we did anything like this we used the Student Union (with food court availablity) and I don't think it cost us very much ( if anything). I would be willing to help, allowing for the fact that I don't have a running car, but can be on the phone or computer as needed. - Gwyneth _______________________________________________
