[Namron] Round Table?

Greetings,

Generally, a luncheon will keep the mid-day break to a minimum and not lose too many folks on the way back.

However, the question not yet answered is whether outside food is allowed. I know when events were hosted at OU, we could not bring outside food into the Student Union because Marriott had exclusive rights for catering...but they had a goodly number of food vendors in the common area who were happy to open up for 250-300 people (it was King's College).

Regards,
Tadhg

Just my 2 cents....round table does tend to get a bit busy. If we
don't provide a meal then we should allow enough time during lunch for
people to leave, eat, pay and return to site. Printed Directions to
local restaurants could mitigate some of the risk as well.
