Interesting, just before I left Starkhafn, a VERY similar discussion about process and procedure occured.  Funny how the names change, but the issues remain the same.  I am with HE Ayesha, clearing up questions is a good thing.  Gosh forbid, we were a truly medieval society, where questioning of authority meant the rack...no wait, the Iron Maiden, no wait the boot...sorry I digress...must be a bad boss day here at work:)

 I feel it was good that Alix's questions cleared up any concern about procedure and people were so prompt to clarify.This could be a great event to work together on.
