[Namron] Tuesday Rapier Practice

As mentioned at last week's pop meeting, rapier practice this week (and for
the forseeable future) will be held at the rec center at Seller's Park. This
is an indoor facility with lighting outdoors as well. A map to the park can

As usual, we will have plenty of loaner armor for anyone interested in
