[Namron] Nov. 3 Populace Meeting

I want to give everyone a "heads up" that the Northern Regional  
Seneschal, Seigneur Etienne, will be attending our Nov. 3rd Populace  
meeting to discuss polling procedures, etc.   This will be an  
important meeting to attend.  Please spread the word to anyone who  
might not have internet access, having computer troubles, etc, so we  
have as many people as possible aware about his visit & discussion.
