[Namron] Grand Assembly of Archers

I don't know how to post this properly, but I have a question.
Set-up and the Bardic Circle are Friday after 5, but when do the festivities begin on Saturday?  If someone were able to come only on Saturday to enjoy the tournaments, when should they arrive?  Is there an actual schedule somewhere?
