I would be willing if the job is not too large, I am behind a bit with
sewing due to health problems but sitting in a chair and embroidering is

Greetings to everyone on this beautiful day!

As you know we will be having a Combat Archery shoot at Grand Assembly 
of Archers on Saturday with armored fighters on the range.

Since we will have fighters on the field we will need to inspect the 
bolts/arrows and the crossbows/bows prior to the shoot. The shoot will 
start promptly at 2:30pm on the large field. If everyone could get get 
their equipment to me for inspection in the morning or at the latest, 
right after lunch, which is from noon to 1:00pm, I will inspect them and 
have everything ready by 2:30pm.

A number of people are going to be using the same equipment as loaner 
gear and since this is a specialty shoot we will have to work hard to 
keep the shoot running on time.

Fighters - please have your armor on and have Lord Ian inspect you for 
safety prior to 2:30pm.

We will have a round of shooting prior to the fighters taking the field 
but the majority of the shoot will have them on the field.

Hey Vincinti, 

Please make sure you grab the big blue tote that has all of the paper goods in it (plates, napkins, paper towels etc.) I think it is labeled "tavern" and am not sure if there is a lid for it. Thanks!
