> Seneschal—Our Barone and Baronessa will not be with us tonight, as they are both away on mundane business trips. Her Excellency Gwenth Baroness Namron will be joining me to preside over the meeting. Also our Herald is unable to attend and Robert of the Faire will be filling in as stunt herald.
>
> Baroness Namron—just want to mention that after the meeting we have an enormous amount of fabric in the other room that needs to find new homes because it’s not coming back home with me.
>
> Seneschal—The B&B has received the Namron bumper stickers and if anyone is interested in purchasing a bumper sticker for $3. They can see Vincenti to purchase the bumper stickers. The closing of the applications for herald will be closing at the end of tonight’s meeting. Also the application period for the deputy Seneschal has closed and I will wait until I have talked with each of them before I announce who will be the new deputies. I will be announcing this on the list within the week. We have several things to discuss and so we should go ahead and get to the officers reports.
>
> Treasurer—we ended up with a profit of $627 from the Crown Tourney, we had $627 sent to Kingdom and we kept $627.

> A & S—Lady Antonia is the drop dead A&S speaking for Lady Droen: Lady Droen is attending Pennsic and will be attending several classes while there and bring back lots of information. Also the Laurel Prize Tourney will be happening at the same time as Grand Assembly of Archers, if people are not attending GAA then this would be a great resource to attend. The Laurel Prize is not a competition, but an opportunity of learning more about different artisans. We should also think about setting one up in the North since they are usually held down south. I would like to compile a list of skilled artisans in our area. With the Star Signet Herald--would also like to put out a challenge to Namron to see how many we can get submitted by the end of the year. Also our new chronicler needs help, would like to get people to submit A & S articles, even if they are 5 years old or so, and resubmit them. Also submit artwork if available.
>
> Hospitiler—it is great with the amount of material and garb that is in the next room. Also have been working on the press kit and hoping to have it together by August officers meeting.
>
> Knight Marshal—Knight Marshall not available, Deputy Knight Marshall was available: practices going well, we are meeting at Sellers Park on Wednesday 7pm to 9pm. Anyone wanting to learn please come out, we have been having classes along with the practices.
>
> Rapier Marshal—Just 3 things; missing clipboard from Garb and Grub (Seneschal has it); This past weekend at the Heraldic and Scribal Symposium we were having practice, so that list heralds could also get practice in. We practiced for 3 hours, but there were no list heralds available for practice; guess it was too hot for them. We are meeting on Tuesdays from 7pm-9pm at Early Wine Park for our rapier practice and that is going well, with flat solid ground to practice on.
>
> Archery Marshal—wonderful time at Garb and Grub, everyone was having fun. We have practice on Sundays at 2pm, but remember if the heat index is > 100 or if the actual temperature is > 100 there will be no practice. Getting ready for Grand Assembly of Archers, it is going to be a great event.
>
> Thrown Weapons Marshal—the new Deputy thrown weapons is Ciara (aka Beka) she has been going over the rules and will be working at getting her authorized. We are still having practices on the 1st and 3rd Sunday from 12:30pm to 1:30pm. Getting prepared for Grand Assembly of Archers, there will be an authorizing marshal for thrown weapons at GAA.
>
> Web Minister—has been migrating over to the BaronyofNamron.com, with Barone Orlando’s help. This website will be easier to use and more accessible for officers and autocrats.
>
> Chronicler—this is my 1st plume, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Please submit and share your talents and ideas.

> Lord Linus about Grand Assembly of Archers: We are going to have a Hot fun time at this event. We do need some donations; we need fighter biscuits and prize baskets donations. I have 175 site tokens completed, but my tile saw broke, so if anyone has a tile saw I can borrow to finish the tokens, I would like to make 25 more, I would appreciate it. Also there will be a Roman Toga party which Lord Charles is in charge of and he needs donations for prizes at the toga party and finger food. Also need volunteers to help set up for the Toga party. There will be a tavern run by Annabelle that will be open breakfast, lunch and dinner. There will also be an authorizing archery marshal at GAA.
>
> Lord Charles about Axeman: we need fighters; we also need someone to run tavern. We need to have a bid for tavern by September 11th. Axeman will be held at Roman Nose State Park on Oct 22-24th. Need heralds; need help setting up field. Will be having another planning meeting, just not sure of the date yet, will send out on list.
>
> Other business—Lady Antonia needs volunteers for gate at GAA; Lady Meraud the Monday night A & S have been successful working on several projects; Chris-hospitilar- thank you to the officers that have put out the boiler plate information; Terric-Kylee is on site at Pennsic.
