We would like to have a meeting on the 12th at 7;00 
for those who are helping with the event.  We were going to have it at our 
house but with still having AC issues I figured that would not be a good 
idea.  I was thinking that maybe the Ihop in Moore off 19th might be a good 
place unless someone has a better idea.  Please let me know.  if not 
we will set the meeting for there at 7:00 PM on the 12th.
