My good Lord's and ladies,

Protectorate is just around the corner.  I appreciate all of you that have stepped up to help with this wonderful event.  I am going to post the information on who I have doing what at this time.

Would you all please look over this and see if you have questions about what to do.  I'd like to get together and have another meeting Thursday of next week if at all possible.  If you will not be able to attend a meeting next week please let me know and just give me a report on how things are going.  If you have things that need to be purchased or receipts for the event please bring them to populace.  

FYI:  Remember we are planning for about 400 for the event, and I spoke with "Ranger Terry" and he would prefer we use grass seed for the site tokens instead of bird seed, it might help out since the flooding.
