[Namron] Namron Baronial Polling reminder

A reminder that the polling for the Baron and Baroness of Namron will
be held on Tuesday evening, 02 Feb 10, at 7:30pm at the Norman
Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 1309 W. Boyd Street in Norman
(73069).  The MapQuest link to the Fellowship is at

Members of the Canton of Skorragardr are also members of the Barony of
Namron.  You are encouraged to attend and participate in the polling.

Information on the candidates (Master Barat and Lady Jacqueline
Reynolds, Lord Orlando and Lady Caterina Giovanni di Gilead) including
their letters to the populace can be found on the Namron web page at
http://namron.ansteorra.org/bnb/bnb.html.

If you intend to take the poll as a paid member of the Society, you
*must* bring proof of membership with you.  Proof would include a
membership card, a copy of the Black Star with the mailing label on
the back, or a letter from the Society stating that you are a member.
In some cases, you can get the letter off of the Society web site at
https://membership.sca.org/index.php?choice=retrieve.

You do not have to be a member of the Society to take the poll, but
you will be given a non-member version (probably a different
color...the printed information will be the same) of the poll so that
Their Majesties can differentiate between a paid member and a non-paid
member.

You do not have to be a resident of the Barony of Namron or the Canton
of Skorragardr to participate in the poll.  You will put your address
on the poll, and Their Majesties can differentiate between a resident
and a non-resident.

Children (by age or at heart) may also participate in the polling.
The child has to be able to fill out the poll by themselves without an
adult's assistance.

Note that the polling information will only be reviewed by Their
Majesties.  The local and regional officers will not see the polls.
