[Namron] Bardic Canceled!

Greetings!  Due to the horrid weather and the amount of ice already on the roads, I'm going to go ahead and say that bardic is canceled.  I'm sure that some people are out driving in this, but I don't want anyone to get into an accident coming over to sing (or going home afterward).
