[Namron] Waterbearing at the Garb and Grub this Sunday

If I remember correctly, setup was at 11am.  Start was noon.  Rapier tourney
is at 2pm.  Of course the little devil in me wants to say that if the person
from Steppes is REALLY REALLY good then its at 5pm  LOLOL  But dont listen
to him... I dont.
