[Namron] Bucklers on the rapier field

Per Don Robert MacPharland no size limit in Ansteorra.  For Gulf Wars size
limit is 24".  He suggest having a smaller one for tourney and a larger one
for war.  He also says please email him if you have any other questions
(will give to you privately if you want it).

I have a shield at home that Don Robin made for me if you wish to see it.
Its really light and provides good protection during war melees.
