[Namron] New Archery Deputy for Namron

Lord Laurence has graciously agreed to serve as Deputy Archery Marshal 
for the Barony of Namron.

His focus is going to be to design targets and shoots to keep things fun 
and interesting. Every month or so will a specialty shoot day and 
Laurence will be directing it and running it.

I look forward to working with all of the archers in both target archery 
and combat archery.
