Greetings,
For the Samhain Tavern this year we will be featuring a Haunted Tavern
and a Quarter Cookie Sale.

For the Haunted Tavern, loans or donations of any Halloween decorations
you are not decorating with this year are greatly appreciated. Any Black
light lamps are epically appreciated. Please bring any loans/donations
to the October 26th meeting.

The Quarter Cookie Bake Sale is to benefit the Lawton Food Bank. As an
added incentive, there will be a drawing for everyone submitting baked
goods for either a one year SCA membership or a one year Renaissance
Magazine Subscription, winners choice. Every 2 dozen cookies or one
dozen baked goods gets an entry. Winner will be announced in Samhain
Court, winner does not need to be present to win. Please bring home
baked goods, seasonal theme appreciated. Please include any allergen
information for the following ingredients: eggs, peanuts, nuts, dairy.
All products will be assumed to contain wheat/gluten unless you specify
otherwise.

The menu will be finalized to be either sandwiches or soups depending on
the Weather. Friday dinner includes Grilled cheese Sandwiches & Cream of
Tomato Soup. Breakfasts will include french toast, eggs, cinnamon pull
apart bread & oatmeal. The sandwich menu (warm weather) will include
Open faced chicken sandwiches and mashed potatoes, pulled BBQ chicken,
Meatball sandwiches, and BLTs. The soup menu (cooler weather) will
include chicken (noodle, rice and dumpling) soup, hearty beef vegetable
soup, and French Onion soup. Per meal price is $3, or if you purchase
the weekend pass the price is based on what meals are remaining: $8
Friday dinner, $6 Saturday breakfast, $4 Saturday lunch,
$3 for Sunday breakfast). A variety of allergen sensitive options are
available. Gluten/Wheat Free, MSG Free, Onion Free, Egg Free, Dairy
Free, Corn Free, and vegetarian/vegan options will be available at every
meal. Ask kitchen for guidance through choices. If you have complicated
requirements please contact the Tavern-o-Crat at

Respectfully, in service,
Lady Kalliera Laskarina
