[Namron] Naming of the North!

Your Excellency,

Rest assured that this is not the ONLY opportunity to discuss this.  I'm
confident that we (the people of this region) will take the necessary time
to get this right.  But we have to START somewhere and what better place
than a Northern event?  :)
