Personally, I think that officer reports should be saved for officer's
meetings.  Perhaps the Seneschal could give a quick "State of the Barony"
summation at populace meeting to go over anything that is actually new.  It
would give us time to go over things like upcoming events or projects that
the populace would like to discuss, or just spend time enjoying each other's
company or learning something new.
