[Namron] March 2011 Officer Meeting Notes

[Jim Couch]

No officer meetings were being kept secret.  They were announced and an open
invitation was sent for all to attend.  The only thing that was requested
was that the officers be allowed to give their reports before general
comment.  Not unreasonable, I dont think
