Actually Annabelle, those exact concerns were brought up as a problem
with doing a change like that so I am glad to see that we were thinking
correctly.

One correction though - general populace are encouraged to attend the
officer's meeting but they want to get through all of the officer
reports before opening up the floor. When it wasn't done this way the
last officers had to wait a long time before they could give their
report. So we always go through the officers and then open it up to
everyone that is there for anything else.

Margherita is still typing up the notes and sending them out for just
this purpose so that people can see what is being discussed even if they
were not there.

They are wanting to get the pop meeting shortened up some so that there
is more time to visit, have classes, and conduct un-official business.

Orlando just got back last night and Margherita was double checking some
rules and requirements and then they were going to discuss it further
but I know that Caterina brought up some of your same concerns with
changing the officer's meeting.

Vincenti
