[Namron] Proposed Regional Reorganization

Greetings,

Maitre Etienne, our Northern Regional Seneschal, has forwarded me a 
message from our Kingdom Seneschal, Mistress Gwyneth Blackrose. She has 
asked that our group discuss the following changes, and for me to send 
comments and questions back to her.

The following is a draft proposal discussed between the Kingdom 
Seneschal, the Greater Officers of State, and the Crown.  It is not a 
decided, enacted plan; it is a draft out for review.

Everyone should already know that Ansteorra is divided into groups for 
better management. We have been included in the Northern Region for some 
time. However, since some groups were much larger than others, they are 
proposing a reorganization of said groups so that our regional 
administration can better serve us.

Here is the suggestion put together by the Great Officers. It is based 
on number of groups as well as millage between the outlying groups.

Region 1: Aldersrhue, Chemin Noir, Mooneschadowe, Northkeep, Eldern 
Hills, Namron, Skorragardr, Wiesenfeuer (8 groups)

Region 2: Steppes, Rosenfeld, Elfsea, Glaslyn, Lindenwood, DFT, Loch 
Ruadh, Emerald Keep, Bonwicke, Blacklake (10 groups)

Region 3: Stargate, Bordermarch, Seawinds, Loch Soilleir, Gates Edge, 
Bjornsborg, Ffynnon Gath, Raven's Fort, Shadowlands, BrynGwlad, 
Hellsgate (11 groups)


I am approaching this via the Namron and Skorragardr list because they 
want a response by August 15th.

So, Namron and Skorragardr and any others on our list, please offer 
feedback.  If you know of someone who is not on the list who has an 
opinion, please let them know so that they may also have a voice. 
Whether a peer or a newbie, everyone's voice is worthy, so please don't 
hold back your opinion. Please post comments to list for discussion or 
you may email Master Tadhg or myself and we can get the responses back 
to the Kingdom Seneschal by the 15th. Please be courteous with comments 
as we don't want to offend anyone.
