[Namron] monday night A&S cooking

Namron cooks will be cooking period recipes and bring in them to A&S 
night, if you would like a recipe the me know and I will email you 1. 
this week we are working on recipes from "The Book of Sent Sovi, 
Medieval recipes from Catalonia" if you have acces to this book and you 
want to find your own recipe for Mon. night do so.
Hope to see plently of finished dishes to try on Monday.
