[Namron] Pop Meeting February 10, 2011 Notes

Namron Populace Meeting 2/10/11
Norman Unitarian Universalist Fellowship

Meeting began at 7:40pm

*B & B:*loving the weather, great months ahead of us. Look at the 
crossbows we are making, look at the glass beads made by Kylie. Sunday 
(2/13/11) will be working on tent poles at 9am at Baron Donnchadh's 
house, we need 20 more made. Gulf Wars is going to be awesome, melee, 
classes, lots of fun. Getting Siege authorized this Saturday (2/12/11) 
at noon at Camp Dakani, Lord Karl will be available for all who are 
interested. Company of Wolves is going to be having a good feast done by 
Baron Donnchadh and myself. The Sunday (2/27/11) after COW will be a 
NRFP (Noon at Camp Dakani) and at it we will have marshals to authorize 
for heavy weapons, combat archery, and siege also.

*Seneschal:* We are getting ready for Gulf Wars and also working on 
Beltane.Lady Droen will be having an art work competition during Beltane 
for the tent painting. Look to the list for information about submitting 
work.

*A & S:* Things are getting better with our monthly meetings. There will 
be a baronial workday on Saturday February 19^th at 10 am at Baron 
Donnchadh's house, there will be spaghetti at some point, please bring 
munchies. There will be no A&S meeting for the month of March.

*Treasurer:* We have monies.End of year we had $10,108. We have spent a 
lot of funds in the last month, almost $3,000, on tents, showers etc. 
But we are still doing well in the money department.

*Herald:* I have completed the selection for deputies, I will be 
announcing soon.If you have any submissions please contact me.

*Chronicler:* We have the new Plume online.It is available in pdf 
format. I have one copy available tonight. I will bring like 10 copies 
to the next Pop meeting for anyone that does not have access to the 
internet.

*Rapier:* Practices are going relatively well. Anyone interested please 
come out on Tuesday's at 7pm at the Sellers Center in OKC. Address is on 
our website.

*Knights:* Having a lot of attendance at the chivalric practices. Lady 
Ayesha stated that there were 2 people from Blanchard that came for 
practice this week, even though the practice was not held. We are 
gearing up for Gulf Wars; there will be a NRFP on February 27, 2011 to 
get any authorizations done if you need it by gulf wars.

*Hospitaler:*Med Faire is coming up, working on that and Gulf Wars. If 
you have any new people please steer them to me.

*Archery:* 31 days till Gulf War J I have made a loaner crossbow and 
have 50 loaner bolts for Namron as well. Archery practice is on Sunday's 
at 2pm at Lord Christian's place.Address is on our website.

*Webminister:* not present

*MOC:* Beltane is coming up, Med Faire also. We will be working on 
activities for these events; Wiesenfeuer wants to host a puppet show at 
Med Faire and possibly Beltane also.

*Baronessa:* There is a birthday cake for Baroness Margarite in the 
back, it does have alcohol in it, so be warned.Also we have our potluck 
available for all to enjoy.

*Beltane Autocrat:* will have more information at the next Pop meeting.
