[Namron] A&S Request for Medieval Fair

Good morning to my fellow Ansteorrans!

This is the final call for both volunteers and display items for the Medieval 
Fair demo being held this upcoming weekend in Namron.  We still have plenty of 
spots for willing volunteers in both the A&S Display and Living History (A&S 
Demo) tents.

If you can help, please let us know by either signing up on the website:

Nicolea at darwinexcel at yahoo.com.  HL Nicolea is also coordinating volunteering 
for other areas in the Embassy, so if you want to do something else, definitely 
let her know.

If you have already contacted us, thank you! If we haven't gotten back to you to 
acknowledge your email, you may want to send it again.  If you have display 
items (even works in progress) that you would like to share with us, please 
contact me to arrange space in the display tent.
