[Namron] Newcomer's meeting Tuesday?

Is the Tuesday meeting a potluck?  IIRC, last year it was, but I'm not sure
if that's the usual practice.

And I'm guessing that we want as many people as possible to dress in garb
and bring whatever Cool Thing They Do for the ensnaring of newcomers, right?
