All the ones I have seen with armor piercing heads, have thicker shafts than regular. I have some with squared off heads and a Turkish bow and they are about one and a half times the size of regular shafts.

im trying to make a set of war arrows with arrowheads that are from 125g -150 (socketed broadheads and long bodkins) ,, i remember hearing that if you have an arrow with a heavier head on it that it may shatter when you release it. Am i supposed to goto a heavier spine for heavier heads or a thicker shaft?

always appreciated, as well.

Greetings,

The Friends of Cimarron group is still working at getting the camp fixed up for regular usage. I checked for planned workdays, and here is the list I was given. Currently there are no specific plans for any of the workdays, but I know that several of the cabins still need new shutters, and then they will need painting. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me and I will forward, or contact them directly. The website is http://friendsofcimarron.org/ and they also have a facebook page.

Workdays:
April 21
April 28
May 12
May 19
June 9
June 23
