[Namron] Baronial event and weather

Since you will be the ones impacted, we want your opinion (Cassius,
D’Alder, and I)...

Some of you may be unaware of the risk of weather this weekend. (We
were...we don’t watch the news enough!)

We need your opinion on if we should cancel or continue the event this
weekend. We need to get a cancellation alert out ASAP, if that is decided.
Camp Cimarron has not historically been known to be bothered with a
tornado, our main concern is the hail and high winds. We do have a lot of
‘throw them in here for the night’ space and some really fun events have
occurred due to everyone being pushed in together to get out of the weather
(but...some don’t handle it very well and get all 'panicky’ too). But...due
to the risk, we wanted the populace’s opinion.

We can get a new date and reuse almost all of our items for the event, if
that is decided. We will be out of perishable food.

Can we get in touch with the newcomers, if cancellation is decided?
