Our next AND Final planning meeting for Gulf War XXI will be held on 
Monday, February 27th at 7:30 PM at the home of Margherita & Vincenti.

Also, ACCEPS closes on Friday February 24th so if you have not 
registered, better do it SOON!

When you register you need to get your tent information to myself and 
Donnchadh so that we can make sure that you have a place to put it. If 
you already registered and your name was not already on his list you 
need to contact us immediately so we can get it corrected. Registering 
through ACCEPS does NOT get you a place to put your tent. If you do not 
send us tent information it is assumed that you are sleeping in someone 
else's tent, not mine:-)

Meal plan, if you are planning on participating we need to know by 
Monday so we can get food prepared and plans made. Payment will be doe 
no later than March 1st to Baronessa Caterina or Lady Margherita.
