[Namron] White Elephant Fundraiser at Namron Populace meeting 2/07/12

Centuries ago in Thailand the Emperor would give someone a white (or
pale gray) elephant. Such an animal is sacred and needs special care
(they will sunburn). This was a blessing no one wished for. You could
bankrupt yourself taking care of this huge beast, and have no money to
raise an army to dethrone the emperor.
