[Namron] White Elephant Fundraiser at Namron Populace meeting 2/07/12

In this case Mistress Stacia will be handling the tickets, suggested 
donation is $1 per ticket. Each of the tickets will have 2 parts, one 
part you keep and one part that goes in to the hat. As numbers are drawn 
you can come up and choose an item from the table if you wish or give 
the opportunity to someone else to choose something from the table. 
These are not going to be new items from a store but are going to be 
things that people have made or people have and no longer need and wish 
to recycle them to someone that can use them.
