[Namron] Fundraiser at populace meeting

raffles are not really selling anything but a chance that is why most
states do not even charge tax on tickets and the winner is required to
claim the winnings ... but we would just have to ask ... worst thing is
them saying no ... if we do drawing with posted winners... we could set up
part of webpage to list winners will also get more people to stop into the
webpage and get more info on group ... ..take part of ticket sales to cover
cost of shipping items .... but still something to think about ... it can
work and if we have permission to sell tickets .... take time to really hit
the local baronies and get some really nice items for raffle ... with even
1% of crowd spending a buck ... that woulds be 3000 ... take in and set
aside what ever we need  to pay for shipping prizes to winners ... then
turn in rest to fund .. if more then fund needed split the rest equally
among the groups that donated items ...

as for the arrow shoot game....  that is great idea ... again make it where
a "donation" to not prof group to shoot and not selling anything again ....
just limit shooting to anyone that has made a donations to our group ...
just like when you give money to united way or red cross and they send you
a bobble as a thank you ....and make sure you have enough arrows and people
to staff it for the whole event ... not everyone is willing to be shot for
king and kingdom ... for 10 to 12 hours ... for what 2 or 3 days in a row
...
